Donna R. Sullivan, CPA as counsel for our firm. Donna has over 15 years experience in the areas of taxation, audit services, and accounting services, including forensic accounting. In addition, she is also a specialist in the areas of expert witness and litigation support services relating to tax or other financial issues.

In her nine years as an Internal Revenue Agent, Donna performed federal tax investigations of corporations, sub-chapter S corporations, partnerships and individuals. She worked closely with Criminal Investigation Division, District Counsel and the United States Attorneys office on various criminal investigations and trials, in addition to civil tax court trials.  Prior to joining the IRS in 1991, Donna was an In-Charge Accountant at the firm of Ganim Meder Childers and Hoering, PC in Belleville, IL.
