The principal, Mark W. Sullivan is a graduate of Saint Louis University with a BA in Sociology and International Relations. He is a former IRS Revenue Officer and Seizure Specialist and an Enrolled Agent licensed to practice nationwide before the IRS.  In his fifteen years of experience and expertise, through involvement in over 2500 cases, Mark has accumulated extensive knowledge of IRS policies, procedures and law. 

As a Revenue Officer, while working in New York City, Washington, D.C. and St. Louis, Mark performed federal tax collection investigations requested by the United States Attorney, IRS District Counsel and Department of Justice of individuals and businesses. He prepared numerous civil suits, criminal referrals and court affidavits and conducted more 130 seizures.
